IDHL has launched an industry-leading graduate programme that will see the next generation of digital enthusiasts carve out thriving digital careers.

Investing in its future workforce to support phenomenal growth, the introduction of this latest initiative extends IDHL’s dedication to people development to those looking to embark on careers in digital.

With a business model that breeds opportunity, IDHL’s pioneering digital development programme will see those who successfully complete the programme land permanent roles within the Group.

The 12-month programme will welcome graduates to the Group twice a year in January and July to complete a specialist development track of their choice. With SEO, paid media, web development and commercial paths available, these tracks will challenge, expand experience, and build both job-specific and personal skill sets needed to support progression.

Lindsey Hinsley, Learning and Development Partner at IDHL said: “It is hugely exciting to be part of an organisation that’s passionate about talent development, investing in people for the long-term and with a clear approach to career progression. Supported by structured development and mentors to guide and coach, we hope to see individuals who join our graduate programme continue to progress and enjoy a thriving digital career within the Group.”

The launch of a graduate programme follows the recent joining of Ben Turner as IDHL’s first People Director and marks the initial phase of a forward-looking people strategy that will enable the Group’s ambitions.

Speaking of the initiative, Ben Turner, People Director, said: “For many years IDHL has successfully recruited graduates into entry-level roles but with our continued growth as one of the largest digital agencies, as we face a digital skills shortage across the UK, we feel a responsibility to invest in even more opportunities to develop future talent in our industry. As we continually look to develop our early years career strategy, the launch of our new graduate programme is key.”
